1. General

By using Tanuki Domains (the "Service"), you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

The Service provides domain search and registration through a partner registrar, crypto balance top-up, and domain management in your personal cabinet.

3. Account

You must provide accurate data and keep your password secure.

We may block or delete your account without stating a reason, at our sole discretion, at any time. An account may be blocked even if it has a positive balance.

If your account is blocked, no refund of your internal balance is provided, regardless of the amount or grounds for the block.

4. Payments, top-ups, and refunds

Refunds to an external wallet are not provided. If you sent cryptocurrency or otherwise topped up your balance on the Service, funds are credited only to your internal account and may be used solely for purchases within the Service (domains, renewals, VPS, reverse proxy, Cloaking, and other services).

Withdrawal of remaining internal balance to your wallet, bank account, or any external destination is not available.

Domain purchases and renewals, VPS servers, reverse proxy, Cloaking subscriptions, and other services are final. By paying or topping up, you confirm the service is needed and no refund will be issued.

5. Domains, servers, reverse proxy, and blocking

We, the registrar, hosting provider, reverse proxy operator, or other partners may block, suspend, or restrict domains, servers, reverse proxy, DNS, and related services without explanation — including for legal violations, abuse reports, suspected misuse, DDoS/bot activity, mass complaints, and other risks.

We are not liable for blocking, removal, suspension, or restriction of domains, servers, reverse proxy, DNS records, or related services — whether initiated by third parties or by the Service or its partners.

We are not liable for mass blocks — simultaneous or sequential restriction of some or all of your domains, servers, reverse proxy, and other resources, regardless of causes, duration, or impact on your business or data.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of registrar APIs, DNS, or crypto networks.
